    8.75 center section bolt torque

    What is the req'd torque on the 10 nuts that fasten the center section to the housing.  Are they suppoosed to have lock washers?  And what is the torque on the 5 axle / backing plate nuts.

    being 3/8 fine thread I would torque to approx 35 , 40 max
