Jack Hook Part Number

Can anyone tell me what the application is for a jack hook with the following part numbers stamped on the back --  2962 997     10961

It is called a "small" mopar hook - but I do not believe it is correct for a 1970 challenger.

I found your part number in my '70 parts book...2962 997

It's a '70 D (for Dodge) Except Sta. Wgn. Sorry, don't know what Dodge though and that's the only place that number appears

'70 J (Challenger) listed as 2931 102
