Well, Im sorry now...

Was never sorry to be born a white guy , but according to this moron i probably should be. Frankly im shocked that anyone would say this , especially with the way the economy is right now.

Posting this as a public service. i know alot of you guys work in construction. thought this might interest you .

Quoting Robert Reich  -  He apparently was talking about the new jobs that may or may not result from the stimulus package.

REICH: …”I am concerned, as I’m sure many of you are, that these jobs not simply go to high-skilled people who are already professionals or to white male construction workers…I have nothing against white male construction workers, I’m just saying there are other people who have needs as well.”

Seems my schedule just picked up. I am booked now for 3 months solid.  The plants that are doing good seem to be doing better with the competing plants failing. This seems to be creating more money for long needed repairs with the production demands going up. To be safe, I am paying dbl on as many bills as I can while the going is good.  You never know what can happen in the future now adays

Yep, a word I can think of is VOLITILE. It's seems we are on the brink in every aspect of our lives nowadays. So this is what it was like in the Carter years.
