e-body clutch ?'s

Hi,I am working on a '70 barracuda w/440 and have an 11" bellhousing and would like some info on if this will work?. What problems may I run into? Thanks in advance for any help.

It will work with the correct components , the 11" system will bolt in no issue , the belhousing has to have the same size hole as the front brg retainer on the tranny or you may need a adapter ring if you have the smaller 4.35" retainer on the tranny & a 4.8 " hole in the housing , the Belcrank will bolt in , the clutch fork is available or will work depending what you have , you will need the larger 11" clutch system , the 10.95 will not work , you also need to match the spline either 18 or 23 spline for the clutch disc , same with the flywheel , the 143 tooth flywheel is the one you need

Thanks, for the info,just did'nt know for sure since I think 11" stuff came stock in e-bodies.

in 70 everything used the 10.95 / 10.5" using the common 130 tooth flywheel for both but the larger 11" / 143 tooth system will fit & bolt up
