Leaf Spring Bolts

I am restoring a set of hemi leaf springs for my challenger.  Does anyone know where I can get the bolt that goes through all the leaf sections to hold them all together?  The bolts looks to be 3/8 inch in diameter and has a rounded barrel head - about 2 and 3/4 inch in length? There is one bolt per leaf spring.

I bought some from the local napa store, and just cut it to length. They can look it up in their books.
