Guy needs a passenger's, but I don't know what I have:

Can you work out which way the spring was ,ounted on the mechanism by the wear marks. If you can work this out you can tell which way the window would wind. The spring is to help the window go up.

Think you have a passengers - the reg bolts to the window at the back of the glass and the plastic blocks slide in the runners that are attached to the outside of the door. Does that make sense?
