70 Power Disc Brake Booster Reinforcement Plate?

I have a couple questions about the mounting of a power brake booster that I hope someone can help me with. I'm installing a new master cylinder and a remanufactured power brake booster on my 70 Challenger. The car was originally equipped with power disc brakes but the original master cylinder and booster were replaced long ago with aftermarket components and they need to be replaced again. When I removed the booster, I noticed there was no reinforcement plate as is shown in the service manual. Instead the booster was mounted directly to the firewall. So my questions are; Is there really supposed to be a reinforcement plate between the booster and firewall? If so, does anyone reproduce these plates or is there a source for OEM plates?
I found this plate on eBay; would it be correct for my car?

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

heminut, thanks for the reply.
It sure seems like someone would reproduce these plates for people doing manual to power brake conversions but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Guess I'll try to pick one up on eBay.
