Console: Auto to Manual Conversion Possible?
« on: November 05, 2008 - 12:51:08 AM »
I have an automatic console out of my '70 Challenger that I want to put in my Cuda. Will it work if I change the main foe-woodgrain plate on top?

You'll need to modify the bottom to fit the 4 speed hump. They sell templates on Ebay to do this. I may still have one that I could copy but I'll need to look.

Have you thought of possibly going without the console? Just throwing another idea out there.

:iagree: you can buy the patters from E-bay and they are cheaper alternative to buying a console :2thumbs:

Ya, thanks for the feedback guys. I feel like with or without the console, the car looks great, but I figure if I could use my old console, why not. If you can get me that templet MoparMan440, it'd be greatly appreciated!!!
