Lineville 2008 Part I
« on: November 06, 2008 - 06:01:49 AM »
The Lineville show last weekend. Great cruise to get there, location, atmosphere, folks, and all types of vehicles for most all tastes. Plus as you exit the park grounds the Police officer who happens to be stationed at the park entrance makes the universal sign for 'squalling the tires' as you leave :naughty: :ylsuper: This year I rode with my friend Gerry in a (real) 1967 4sp Hemi GTX (dark blue). An amazingly well behaved smooth riding car during the ride to and from. It spoke softly but carried a big stick. I glanced back and most everyone had big grins when Gerry nailed it leaving the park  Also driven to the show were Gerry's modified clone (auto) Hemi GTX and his recently acquired 68 Barracuda Formula S 383 4sp with just over 19K original miles on it. I haven't had the chance to ride in it yet but i'm told it pulls really well :burnout:

The multi-colored Challenger is an original owner RT/SE 6-pack auto car; the RR a real 6-pack 4sp car
