I'm looking at selling my wheels so I can upgrade to 17s or 18s. They back wheels are 15x8 with 4.5in backspacing and they have Cooper Cobra 255/60/15 tires mounted on them. I'm not sure how wide the front wheels are but they have Cooper Cobra 215/70/15 tires but my alignment must be off because the right front tire is almost bald. What I be able to sell them for more if I replaced it? The tires probably have around 4,000 miles on them. I can take a closer pic but just haven't yet.

Used wheels and tires are a tough call.    Find the right person and you can get top dollar for them.  However that person is few and far between.  Most people just want a bargin.

IMO, I would say in the $500.00 to $600.00 for the set.
