Now that I think about it my 70 'Cuda had it too. It was an LA car and even though it had the dual exhaust valance/tips it did have the N95 emissions code on the data tag. Back then I though it was sort of a dual setup so that the tanks could be used in both Challengers and Barracudas.

Now I am puzzled. I have a '74 Challenger California car. Bought new in California, but it has no vent tube :dunno: Maybe it was removed at some time, but there's no hole. :clueless: Puzzling!!

I think by 1974, they had changed the emissions systems.  I have information on that in my Chiltons manual; I'll look into it when I get home.
