Can you Mini Tub a challenger and stiil have the back seats...or do you just do some sort of custom back seats....

having mini tubbed a number of car , I cannot remember evry doing a chall & trying to fit the back seat in after, , my guess is you should be able to get it too ift as minitubs only gain 3-4 " & you shoul dbe able to trim the seat frame that far

I mini-tubbed my Cuda and was able to fit the rear seat back in. As Chryco said by notching the seat frame, I just did the seat bottom and the seat back is stock it just stick out about 2" so the seat isn't as wide. Before I get hate mail for minitubbing the car, it was a 318 auto car rotted beyond reason. Besides now it is alot more fun

I am going to put in a spring relo kit........and try to get a few extra inches...but some say i need to mini tub??? not sure though...and i want to keep my back seat..............and also what about the back panels in the car, do they get trashed as well....with a mini tub???
