I think the '64-'65 bodies were essentially the same. They had a performance 4 bbl 273 option in '65. The '66 had a different grille and slightly different tailights. I owned a '65 once. It was pretty fast for a little motor.

Once we had Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope & Johnny Cash. Now we have Obama, No Hope and No Cash!

64 and 65 were the same body.  The only that was difference was the lights the way they worked.  The 65 had the parking lights on and the 64 did not when the head lights were on.  The 63 1/2 had a chrome barracuda fish on the rear.  It was the same body as the 64 and 65 also.  I had the 63 1/2 and several 64's for several years.  I did not care as much for the 66 grille style.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

Try the A body forums too. You might get more bites there.

im not sure what the car is worth but it is sure as heck worth 300 dollars, it would make an excellent parts car and could possibly be restored, if you can get it real cheap you should buy it.

Same here #300 was just what I was thinking but I could not justify traveling 1/2 way across the country to get it.......there's a fairly solid one close to me w/front end damage
