I could actually just pull the engine and set it up. Then build another. Really no reason to sell it. I was thinking about that last night.

Well if you do want to sell it down the road, let me know as that's my setup for my 440.  I don't have that kind of money right now, but I'm sure we could work something out if you did decide to sell it later on.

Just keep me in mind if you do decide to sell!

Hey Moparal.
If this is a 70 - 440 six pack engine, can you let me know the date codes ?
I could be interested.

Some people are confused here.....granted it may be me.   az-nick cant get a nibble on 71 date coded fully restored unrun six pack setup at $1675.00, and some of you think that he can get $2000 to $2300 on used six pack set up.  They may run ok for him sure, but wont look anything near as good as the above.  Yes, ok its for a 70 model, but used carbs!!    No, I think something more like $1200 to $1400 tops.   I wouldnt get the man all pumped up just to be disappointed.  There are a fair amount of these setups on Moparts, Ebay and countless other sites for sale.  Not all date coded, but a man who wants date coded carbs will also want his date coded carbs restored with correct finish and new kits.  Tough times out here nowadays, and tougher to sell these items.  That kind of money is usually better spent elsewhere.  Six pack setups, are kinda like icing on the cake on restos.  So much more usually to be done before you add the icing.  Then by that time most people are usually close to out of money and will opt for something cheaper to buy, and easier to maintain.   Just my opinion.  Sorry to rain on this parade.

At any rate rate good luck to him, however much he gets for them.

gomangoRT/SE ,  You are not raining on my parade at all. doesn't matter to me either way.  I am most probably going to keep the set up anyways. It isn't even close to my first rodeo on mopar stuff.  Some people want date coded stuff and some don't.  Go ahead and try to buy a complete bolt on system ready to go for 12 to 14 tops. I don't think you can. But maybe so. I don't ever think I seen one complete with everything for that price. Where the only thing you needed was an intake gasket. My set up isn't worn out and abused. It sat in a garage since 1971 and was pulled off the car in 71.

Either way it goes, Im going to keep it. So it doesn't matter. One day Nick will be able to get rid of his. There is always a buyer somewhere.  There is a member now saving up to buy Nicks after the first of the year, or so they said.

I am glad to hear you are going to keep it.  May some day talk you out of it to put in a Cuda that I am going to get I hope if I hear back from the guy.  Gordon
