It looks like the factory textured dark argent paint. Which is available from Totally Auto Inc.

I agree on this also, some great pics of a beautiful car. That looks to be painted just like this one which has never been painted, textured argent with the lower slats blacked out and the red bars(which mine doesn't have)

Awesome, keep the feedback coming if there is anymore to be said. One more question, check out this pic of his shaker, its not flat black, but a metalic that is not glossy. Any ideas what the deal is on that paintwise??? http://s2.photobucket.com/albums/y8/gb70/cuda/?action=view&current=Cudashow024.jpg

Before you pay $20 for dark argent (plus shipping) do yourself a favor and check out Duplicolor Graphite wheel paint on the bottom shelf at Kragen's (your profile says SF, so that's why I said Kragen).  That's what the pictures look like to me.  By the way, argent is just French for "silver" so it isn't necessarily any special Mopar-only paint.  If you buy a can of the Duplicolor, let me know how it works out.  I've used it for the center caps on the '71 rallye wheels and on the grill surround of a "70 Challenger and it looks good.
