I investigated these for my 71 Cuda. I decided to go with a good used grill and rebuild it. PPR's 71 grills are $750. That is just the grill, no light bezels, no cheese graters, no stainless. I spent $1800 for a good, complete used grill...trust me, that is the way to go. Be sure it has all the stainless and cheese graters, and is relatively intact with no big pieces of platic missing. Cracks are OK. Sand blast the entire grill, grind out cracks so the epoxy can fill the cracks, sand and paint. If you have small pieces of plastic missing, cut a piece of plastic from a parts grill or other similar plastic to fill the bulk of the space. You must leave room for the epoxy. Use a 2 part epoxy for plastics....Sem makes a good one. It's not that difficult, trust me you can do it. It takes time, but you can do it. I've considered restoring these grills and selling them. However, I don't think enough people would be willing to spend the money I'd have to sell them for. Also, although you can slap a completed grill in any 71 or 70 Cuda, there is almost always work that has to be done on the front of the fenders in order to get an equal reveal on both sides of the grill and have the grill look perfect on the car.
