Awesome job!!! :o :o What'd you use to strip the grill if I may ask... I'm going to guess a dual action by the way you messed up the benzel... ::) :P

thanks, lemonboy. I stripped the grille with a combination of EZ Off and  hand sanding -- I didn't trust myself with machinery around it.

Cuda360: I can't decide if I'm going to paint the parts around the grilles red. I kind of like it the way it is, makes the chrome trim really stand out. Plus I'm afraid I'll screw it up.

:)  Top notch job, that is a "friendly" product to work with, a little patience and a bit of skill and you have a nice finished product! Looks great!   ;D

Very nice work. I love the look of the black, chrome and silver without the red. Makes it look less plastic.

Hope you don't mind if I, uh, use that as inspiration when I do my grille.

On the 8th pic down...what are them 2 lines close to where the head light would be??? looking at the pic it would be the left side and on the grill it would be the pass. side...by the way...AWESOME JOB...

DodgeFreak -- I think those are from the camera flash reflecting off the chrome trim onto the headlight area. I just polished the chrome too and it's VERY shiny  8)

johnny-d -- I got the plastifix from Eastwood. The company that makes it is http://www.urethanesupply.com, on their site the have some examples on how to use it.

72cuda -- thanks, glad to be an inspiration  ;D
