Flywheel bolts too long?
« on: December 14, 2008 - 01:50:50 PM »
I'm putting  the flywheel on the 440 I got with this car and noticed that the flywheel bolts go through the flange and touch the back of the block. They are 1" long which is correct. My question is did these have a washer or lock washer on them from the factory? This would solve my clearance issue or can I just grind an 1/16" off . Thanks
