on long flat pieces you can use a d/a sander,it will cut the time down

My arms just about ready to fall off. still sanding with 600, but it slowlyyyyyy  taking the marks out. I,m trying both wet and dry

It takes some time and can be frustraiting,plus you'll have arms like Popeye
Try using a hard sanding block,I made my own out of some hard plastic.

I'll give ya a tip dont go from 600 to 1500 or your arms will really really hurt. I'd atleast throw a 1000 grit in there but if possible more. Makes the proccess just seem easier as you go...
