The alt on my car is on its last leg, the bearings are gone and it is getting noisy. I just planned on getting a rebuild from autozone. My question is, are their date codes on here and should i check on them before turning it in for a core???

Also, from your broadcast sheet, your alternator part number should end in "78" if it is the original one to the car.
