New drive belt for 8-track
« on: August 11, 2008 - 12:18:36 PM »
Greg Ward (of Wards Classic Auto Radio) posted on Moparts an offer for a new drive belt for the 1970 8-track radio.  For a very reasonable $8 plus $1.50 shipping, he'll send you a new one.  To replace the belt, you remove the bottom plate of the unit, and it's right there. Here's the Moparts posting page:

If you can give me the length and cross section size (flat, square, etc), I will look and see if I have one to send you. Or you can look at MCMElectronics.com. They should have what you need.
