'70 Cuda Door Opening Gasket Matl

I am in the process of restoring an AAR Cuda and noticed there is a foam strip between the window opening trim and the body, and a gasket material between the drip rail trim and the window opening trim.  This material was damaged when I removed the trim so I am wondering where I can find a suitable replacement material for it.  I assume the purpose for this was to provide a vapor barrier.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
