How to flush a gas tank

I have a new tank but I can see that over time it has some dirt and grime on the inside
. What is the best way to flush it before I install???

In "rest of tech" I wrote about my fuel tank cleaning results, with the title "fuel tank cleaning". Had different chemicals to remove rust vs. gunk.

I had gunk in my old tanks. After power washing at the car wash didn't get everything, I put in some kerosene and a couple of handfulls of old nuts and bolts and started doing the back and forth shake.
