I see that Year One carries parking brake cables and hardware. Pretty expensive, as is most of their stuff. Is there a cheaper source, especially for the cables?

I believe I bought mine from Inline Tube. Classic Tube and many others also sell them still amazingly. Heck, I believe you can still order them at regular parts stores like Napa or websites like Rock Auto.

Awesome. Their price is 1/2 what Year One charges (I'm guessing YO buys them and doubles the price).
Next question: My car is missing the parking brake hardware. How do I know if I need the kit with or without the intermediate cable? Does it matter?

If you still have much of your OE stuff it should be easy to determine....are the 2-rear cables short & stop at the frame in front of the rear end, then you have an intermediate cable...if one is long & both both come up the drivers side, then no-intermediate

All Mopar E-bodies could of came with cables two ways. 1. the car could have 2 short rear cables of equal length with an intermediate cable that connected them to the front cable. The intermediate cable is a length of cable that has a barrel on each end. 2. The car could of had one long rear cable and one short that both ran up the driver side to connect with the front cable. Both are available but before ordering please look under your car to ensure you order the right set.
