78 440 and transmission
« on: January 18, 2009 - 11:48:57 PM »
i have a 78 440 and Automatic trans they came out of a 73 dodge pickup, It ran when pulled but it has sat for 3 years and we pulled the heads and found some pits in the cyl. so it probably needs to be bored, Transmission worked fine when pulled and has been stored inside. I'd like 350 for the pair or best offer. need them gone. Its in southern iowa Thanks looking

I'd trade for disc brake setup or V8 Kmember, or Int. pieces for a 74 duster. Hyd. slant six, slant six head with bigger valves. let me know
