RT Specialties for Canadians
« on: January 17, 2009 - 12:40:37 PM »
For those of us that have had trouble getting orders processed through RT Specialties the wait may be over. I have phoned Tom Race yesterday, this morning twice and I advised him that the orders (in my case 6 in the past year) simply vapourize in the web somewhere. This is a loss of business for Tom and frustrating for us. Tom assured me that he is now aware of this problem and has asked his web person to look into this. After doing a fix Tom said that suddenly all these CDN orders popped into his system. I still recommend that you phone Tom when you order, for now anyway, and then give him a chance to get things up and rolling.
This is a plus, plus for Tom and us as he makes the living from this and we get those hard to get parts new for our projects

Thanks
