I agree with what is said above. After changing my frame rail I discovered that my k-frame was bent a little too. I would drill out the torsion bar crossmember, frame rails, rad support, inner fenders, and cowl mounts. Keep the frame to rocker braces on too and disconnect them at the floor. Weld the entire thing on after measuring carefully, then change out the rusty parts after the whole piece is welded.
