That brings back the memories good buddy…
Back in my day we would have a “fox hunt” over the cb’s on the weekends. What it amounted to was a group of us in our cars would play hide and seek one at a time. Someone with a base station would be fox control and run the game.
The FOX would have 15 minutes to hide some place in town (we set boundaries North South East and West) and give a clue(you could get real creative) every 5 minutes that had to be no further than 2 blocks away from where you parked in your car. The person that found the Fox first was now the FOX and could go hide. We would play all nightlong sometimes; it was a blast.
Most nights we would meet up at the park or one of the 24-hour donut places for a break.
My first handle was the keystone cop because of my crazy driving style at 16. I later graduated to BC and then thedodgeboys.
