    Ignition switch connector plug

    Hi guys, I rewired my whole car with the Painless Mopar Harness and I have a new ignition switch.  My problem is that my original connector that the ignition switch plugs in to at the base of the steering column is old and broken.  Does anyone know where to get a replacement for this plug or know of a different type of plug that can handle five wires ranging from 10 to 14 gauge?  I checked yearone and the parts store books, but can't seem to find one anywhere.  Thanks for any help.

    I have the same problem. Seems they were prone to getting hot and melting. Mine is split in half.

    well you could graft an undamged plug on or transfer a new nylon part onto the existing wiring , I have used 6 or 7 connector trailer plugs as connectors as well
