Hypoy C Gear Lube
« on: February 23, 2009 - 05:53:39 PM »
Picked up some 90w for the differential of my 70 Dart and all they had was this stuff called Hypoy C 80w-90 by Castrol. Anyone ever use it before?

I have never tried it. I run valvoline 80/90 in mine. It says it has sure grip friction base additive in it

For anyone wanting to keep their sure grip in shape please pop for the hypoid additive, its a small price to pay for peace of mind. I put high dollar synthetic in my 323's thinking that was good enough and before long I was hearing the dreaded death rattle out of my 8 3/4. I am running 2.94's now but did make sure to put the whale sperm in there this time.
