15" Ebody fenders and '71 ragtop Challenger R/T's
« on: June 01, 2004 - 11:08:31 AM »
Hey gang... Not a big E-body pool of knowledge, but, wasn't there a 15" version of the front fenders on a 'Cuda and Challenger in '70 and '71? Also, I'm pretty sure of this, but, want to confirm; there's no such thing as a '71 Challenger R/T convertible...

Yes there were different openings to accomodate 15" wheels. There was no 71 Challenger R/T convertible.

Cool,, Thanks guys...... I thought I was right.. :D  Might be a b-body/Charger guy, but know other things as well.. Sooooo, I guess my other friend's '71 Challernger R/T came with them, but, that's if it was ordered with 15"inchers.........  Do ya'll have any pics of some? And, with the rolled wheel lip, does that mean there's a special 15" fender wheel lip moulding?.....

no moldings on the HEMI fenders

wouldn't be prudent
