It used to be a car, then it was a parts car, then it was just parts, now it's a VIN, fender tag and a couple pictures.

That is what you call a project vehicle in need of a few minor pieces.
I've had cars puke more parts than that one has got left!!

If it`s a parts car than he should cut up the vin tag,otherwise it probably will be rebodied.
