manual to electric window conversion, How Difficult?

I have a chance to purchase a red interior.  Unfortunately the interior is for an electric window set up.
I have a deputy window coupe so the rear is just a matter of making a dummy switch.
How difficult is it to convert the windows to electric?
Are the parts available, either reproduction or original?
Also, if I decide to convert the rear windows to working, how difficult is this?

There are multiple threads on each, both good and bad.  The EL kit seems to need a lot of adjustment, or a spring, to lift the window at a reasonable speed.

The XV is extremely expensive and is for all 4 windows.

The XV kit is quite expensive but looks to be the better product.  
I will look for the threads related to this.

Confederate Cuda did his , , used a lighted BMW switch in the console & eliminated the door switch . it takes a bit of wiring to make it all work & you need to get some way to protect all the wiring into the doors , the passenger door is not to bad but all of the wiring enters the drivers door

EL gets a bad rap but I am happy with their product. No helper springs needed. You can pickup the rubber accordian door boots from a wrecking yard. I think mine came off of a late model Chrysler car.
