First time in the basement with Mopar parts for two months
« on: February 07, 2009 - 04:54:19 PM »
Hey Folks,

I have not done anything car related downstairs since coming down with pneumonia two months to the day. Also, was off from work for two and half weeks and missed Christmas with the family. I now get very winded doing very little activity because of the scar tissue left behind from this disease. I have only been going to work for as long as I could until I had enough and came home to crash ever since, day after day, week after week. Last week was the first full week that I have been able to work.

If you ever hear of anyone mentioning that they may have pneumonia, run for the hills!  :22yikes:

I really want to thank the folks that have been waiting patiently for me to send out their parts. No one sent a nastygram and I appreciated it. I will try to get those parts ready to be shipped by next weekend. Not doing much today, just some rearranging and cleaning, but it’s a start. Needed to take a break so I wrote this to stall for a bit.

Thank you to all that sent a get well note, too.
I did log in to CC long enough to send post some messages here and there. Also couldn’t resist sending some of the Steeler Super Bowl posts since I now live in Sixburgh!  :poopoke:  :smilielol:

Glad you are feeling better.  It can take almost a year to fully recover from that nasty illness.  Take it easy and don't over do it.  Glad you are back on your feet again.
