(Okay I know this is an old post and you've already attended the show, but I'll answer for anyone else who might want to know...)
No they don't have any carts for rental or use. You might be able to rent a stroller, maybe...
I remember last year walking around with 4Cruzin' and he saw some guy hefting this medium-sized box that was obviously VERY heavy... ...and he just turns to the guy and says, "Hey that looks pretty heavy." The guy stops, half-drops the box and goes, "Whew, yeah - clutch, flywheel and pressure plate for my such-and-such-a-car..." And Dave goes, "Hmm, yeup, that'll do it!" and walks away!
I was like, "Wow, that guy probably thinks you're a tremdendous a$$ right now!"
