rear tire size 71 Cuda
« on: March 26, 2009 - 01:27:20 PM »
Can I put BFG P245/60R15 Radials on the rear of my Cuda without any clearance problems??  It has P235/60R15 on the front.  I have 245s on my Challenger but want to make sure on the Cuda.
Thanks

I am pretty sure a lot of people are running 275's on 7" rims, but I will be going with 255's out back and 235's up front.

I run 275x60x15 on my barracuda and it has zero issues with stock offset rims. 235's up front

The so called "charts" say 255's are the biggest on a 7" rim. I went with that, but yes...You can get 275's under the rear, even with 8" rims.

I've got 275/60s on an 8 inch rim with no issues.

I just put 275/60R15 tires on the back of my 70 Cuda and went with 8 inch wheels. Here are a couple pictures of the tires installed.

I've bought my last 3 sets at Sam's club as they had the cheapest price in my area here in southern IL.
