One Thing after another
« on: February 18, 2009 - 06:41:57 AM »
Seems it has been on thing after another lately.  Cant talk to my girlfriend because she has not been feeling well and now my computer crashed.  I will have to see if I can get it fixed while home also.  It is still under warranty so maybe they will fix it.  I tryed calling a guy I had been talking to about a job and found out that he had gotten sick and died.  So my in on a job back there is not as promissing as it was.  My boss has not gotten back yet either to let us know what is going on.  Guess just needed to vent some.  Gordon

Thanks never looked at it that way before.  Guess that is why I got my work computer going so I could at least come on here and see what was going on.

At least I got to get a message and talk to my girlfriend today.  I also made arrangements to get my computer worked on while I am at home this time.  Boss is still gone so no word on what we are doing yet.  Just wanted to update everyone.  Gordon

Another thing to add to the list of things going wrong.  Woke up this morning and now it is raining.  Going to be muddy for sure and that is bad when you have to walk everywhere.   Only bright side is that I get to start my journey home in a few days.  I think I will be leaving here on the 2nd of march.  My flight is the 7th of March and get back to Birmingham on the 8th of March.   :woohoo:

At least the rain did not last too long and it did not get muddy yet.  Had one guy mad at me this morning because the internet guy came over and unhooked a few from the system.  The internet was running better but I hooked them back up and will have to see how it is now.

I had a contact back home about a job also and I called to talk to him and found out that he had passed away after getting sick.  I hope to find some more contacts when I get home also.  Still not sure what to do, The boss has not got back yet to update us on what is going on.  I know they are going to cut back on the total instructors over here as well but not sure how that will affect me at this point but may have to move from where I am at.  I hope not though I am used to the living here and would rather stay here if that is the only option I have.  May even have to go to another country not sure yet.  I hope to find all of this out soon.
