I'm not sure if this was the same annoying guy, or some copycat. He had a beautiful 71 Cuda for sale. 440-6 pack, covertible. Buy-it-now for $9000. The catch was you had to E-mail him before you bid, because he was "having trouble with the system". Yeah, like "the system" keeps canceling his rip-off auctions ;D

Here is an interesting one!!  No reserve, pre-approved bidders only and this seller has no feedback plus his auction has no reserve.  Not our normal profile for the scammer but still definitely looks to good to be true!!

Item shows United States but he is a new seller from Canada and just registered today??  Scary!!

I asked him again where it is located and got this reply:

The car belongs to me but my broather used this car.
He died two weeks ago in a bike accident.
The car is now in Italy as my brother lived there.I am now here as i took care of the funerals.

P.G.

I've reported the guy to Ebay.

P.G.,
Since this guy is so sincere ::), why don't you ask him for a photo of the title before you wire him the money? Also, you might add how happy you are to be dealing with such an upstanding individual. ;D
