Wow, I didn't know bowling could be so dangerous. I am glad you still have a sense of humor about it. I wish you a speedy recovery. A couple of years ago I went to hop a fence to get a ball from little league practice and my shoe lace got caught and I fell forward and instinctively put out my hands. The result was dislocating my elbow....it hurt a lot. Some of the kids were laughing as I tumbled into a heap in pain. (they didn't realize how hurt I was) So I kind of know a little about what you are going through. Thank God you didn't bang your head and have an even worse accident. Hopefully the damage is not too bad and you recovery fairly quickly. Unfortunately you will probably will have to go through therapy.   Good Luck on your recovery and be careful not to push yourself too soon.
