Okay guys, I got the problem figured out. I decided to remove all the plugs from the bulk head so that I could remove the fusebox/bulkhead from the firewall. When I did this, I looked at the red wire that connects to the red wire that comes from the starter relay. It was in really bad shape on the bulk head(inside car) side. So, I trimmed off the bad portion until I got to a clean copper wire. I put a new end on it, and put it back into the bulk head. I reconnected everything and the car fired right up.
