Wheel question- Do Ford wheels fit?
« on: March 07, 2009 - 09:06:57 AM »
Quick question-

I saw another member on the site put the 17" Bullitt wheels on his car. I dig the look, and I can pick up a set for a reasonable price.

Will the 17"x9" Bullitt wheels fit?

Thanks!

Bolt pattern is the same, but the backspacing (offset) is radially different, and requires a spacer.  It has been done before, but does require some work.  I believe there are also potential issues with aftermarket disc brake setups if you are using them.

you need a 1+" wheel spacer/adapter to get the backspace correct...pre 05's work better

i need the find the place but where i ordered mine they have a 17x8 with a 4.5 backspace wich fits perfect without any type of spacer unless you only want to go with a 17x9.
