1970 Dodge Color and Upholstery Selector Book Challenger Sold?????

What is going on with integrity?    This is the second item in less than a month that someone on this site has agreed to sell to me and screwed me on it.    Look at the same name post under "parts for sale" .  I had an agreed price see email below.  But look at the post...on april 16 then this guy emails me its sold.   Then he locked the post so i could not respond.   rtse4406pack or -------------.... your a dead beat seller.....all beware!!!
