WIW: Space Saver Spare F78-14
« on: March 18, 2009 - 04:57:40 PM »
I'm going to sell my space saver spare because I need money and it won't fit my 11.75 rotors. It's a BF Goodrich F78-14 with the 6 hole KH rim date coded late 69, I actually had to use it back in the day. Any input to what I should list it for on ebay?

This is tough. It's great that the sticker is pretty much mint. The rim isn't in the greatest of shape though. A stupid question, but can you put the tire back on the rim? If so, the low end would be $200+, but I have seen these go much higher too. It's a strange market. Not many people are looking for these, but if you get a couple at that same time, you win!!

I've been watching these on ebay for the past few months (been looking for one) and I agree with Mike -- you could get more if the right bidders get involved.
