Cuda Guy Project Kill Stories
« on: February 16, 2009 - 04:14:14 PM »
OK so last night I got out the cuda and I was driving home and this white 300C pulled up to me and we were at a 45 mph roll I stomped it and we draged for a few and then I started pulling a way from him I got about a car and a half and I let off.

On that same road about 2 months ago about the time I got him I got my lunch handed to me by a Ford Lightning....   :crying:   :walkaway:  I thought to myself I hope I see that ****er in a year when I get my 440 in there.

The second night I got home from Iraq there was a newerish mustang playing with me for a few we got into a clear and we hit it and he stayed with me for a bit but I eventaly got about a half of a car on him before we had to slow down.

Before I deployed I took the car to the local raceway for an 1/8 mile pass I raced an new bone stock 07 Mustang GT I beat it by about a car and a half through the 1/8 he never had the lead.  I think my pass was like high 9 sec in the high 60's mph.

And that is all the racing I have done in the car so far.  Below is a pic of that 300C I raced last night, I didnt think I was going to be able to hang with that car seeing it has the 5.7 hemi?  I guess Tony and Neil set the 318 up NICE   :2thumbs:

Sweeet kill(s) there Don. I'll bet Stroker's ride would have handled that Lightning!! You'll have some juice with that 440 setup and then some!! :2thumbs:

Those are some good stories, Don.  That is quite impressive you kept ahead of the 300C with the little 318. :2thumbs:  There's a very quick Fox body 'Stang back home that I wouldn't mind seeing how my TT'd V-6 would fair against, but I think it would be murder (for me). :misbehaving:

I thought the same thing bro, but the cuda just started pulling it through the mid RPM and after that it was all she wrote man.  It really had me guessing after that Lightning handed me my lunch on that same streach so.... this time it ended in my favor and I have a little braging to go along wiht it.  Its all good.
