I would go with reducers from 2.5 to 2 inch.

You could always take your tips down to a local exhaust fitting outlet and ask if they can expand your tips on there exhaust expansion machine, then they will slide right on in place.

reducers... see that was my first thought too... but i was worried that it would be less desirable exhaust compression than just straight through... by bottle necking it...  however, i'm not sure if it would even matter by that point..

and the expansion at the shop.. can they expand it to a half inch.. or is that too much? that seems like the right way to do it....

any thoughts?

thanks

You are talking about 4 or 5 inches of travel at the end of the exhaust system. i doubt you will lose much, definitely nothing you would "feel."

They will be able to expand the tips very easily, take hem down and ask, it is that simple :2thumbs:
