Nick,
They just came in a box.  Not sure if this helps at all...

I'm guessing I've had them too long to return (and I think the box is gone).  Can they be fixed or modified to work?

I got a set from Restoration Specialties that came in a bag labeled "Cat Whiskers" These fit well, but one kept popping back off after I pressed it on. I used a little weatherstrip adhesive from 3M and a clamp or two and they are now on there for life. Might try that on yours

I've finally gotten these to fit.  I had to sand the backside of my panels to thin them enough to fit, but the felts are on with no glue.  Really wasn't that much material removed (.030" or so) but it was defintely needed.
