Torsion bars 70 cuda

I am getting ready to install my motor from the bottom up.The whole front end is installed on the K frame.I need advice on how to install the torsion bars,and what is the best way to adjust them.

leave either the upper or lower ball joints disconnected so you can swing the lower control arm down grease both sockets & slide the bar in , dont forget the seal on the bar for the rear socket , jack up the lower control arm & connect the ball joint & thread in the adjuster until the adjuster head is approx even with the bottom of the control arm & adjsut as nessisary
