:iagree:

No harm in asking...
this is true .so why post a car thats not for sale thats going against the owners wishes a clear lack of respect /as for the car if it turns to dust thats the owners deal not ours .

Sometimes those mini storage places have auctions for abandoned property. I would check now and again with those folks in case the car gets left behind.. (as if)  :eek4:

Im sure you could buy this car if you really wanted to... money talks, and it dosnt look like the owner cares too much for it.

no because you bought the item if he said no and you went and posted the item then you would be out of line .its like if some one on here found your stash that wasnt for sale and posted it and every one started wandering on to your place trying to buy your cars and a few might not be on the up .would that be wrong .

wowzers, this went south fast!!
its not that the guys car wasnt, or isnt for sale...

its the fact that its just sitting there. i pass a 65 chevelle ss everytime i go to the ranch for my daughters lessons. looks to be a waste of a fine car. i called, time and time again. no response. if i post it, so be it. its there, anyone can see it. if you choose to leave your car, or anything else out in the publics eye, well, than its public viewing.
big brother? hardly

sigh...

im thinking no'one cares how new anyone is to the site, heck, we all start at zippo posts!

now back on topic!!!

after reading these posts my observation is that most here believe alls good as long as im first to beat the guy out of his car .some have hoped that misfortune to the owner might get a deal such as storage sell off and i hope you get it cheap .just maybe the owners on here tonight . ;)

i hope your not a csi!

the point here is hopefully someone   SAVES  the car.

no'one ive encountered on this site, and its been quite a few, have ever demonstrated the poor taste to even desire to strip someone of anything. all ive witnessed is giving, and a damn lot of it.
ill be the first one to say, if the owner of that vehicle is on, and he needs help restoring that car...
or anything else for that matter regarding said vehicle

you bet your sweet patootie, hes gonna get some kinda help here!!!!

relaxxxxx dude. He said the guy from the storage facility has said he gave the owners name to previous people but they were told the cars not for sale. Is there any harm in asking the owner at this time? Sometimes situations change. If nothing else you found another e-body owner and can share some stories or parts.

I probably asked my seller 5 times before he needed money and sold it to me.
