XV inner fender braces and max tire height?

I'm going for the XV inner fender braces, and wonder if any of you who have them installed have noticed any limitations in tire clearance heightwise?

What would max tire height be?

The reason I ask, is that I'll have to comply with arcane rules from the Norwegian equvivalent of the DMV, which among them there's one ruling out different heights on front and rear tires. So the max height in front will limit the rear height. 

Mere words cannot express how deeply and intensely I loathe the people (Using the word "people" very liberally) who are justifying their jobs by making up these utterly BS rules.

I'm pretty sure the XV braces replace the stock braces so whatever clearance issues you would have would be the same as they are now with the stock braces.

No, they are lower.

You're right they are a bit lower. But you would have to be running some ridiculously tall tires to hit that and at that point you would probably hit the frame rails while turning and the fender.
