Lug wrench

I am a little unsure of the lug wrench placement on my Challenger.I thought it slid through the loop on the trunk floor with the jack spring around it to tighten everything down.The problem is it rattles.

A picture would be great or tell me what I am doing wrong.

When all the parts are installed right, the spring tension keeps them from rattling. There should also be a felt pad on the forward jack mount for anti-rattle also.
